Fasting is my favourite way to detox my whole body for beauty, radiance and healing!!!
I remember when I was a kid, my mum would immediately get me to start fasting if I got sick. I never went to the doctor. Fasting was her medicine and it worked. I have a regular commitment to myself to fast for at least 3 days every season to clean and purify my life and release toxins from body. In addition, once a month I fast for a whole day, to give my digestive system a break! It works so hard!
Fasting purifies my body of pollutants and improves my overall wellbeing. I know so many amazing yoga, beauty and health advocates that fast several times per year. Once you start and realize the endless benefits for yourself there is no turning back!!!!
