Kundalini Yoga Kriya For Building Strength And Vigor

This is a vigorous set of exercises. Each exercise must be done quickly and powerfully. To prepare for this yoga set, tune in with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo 3 times to invoke the Divine presence within, followed by some yoga warm ups.
2. Lie on your back alternately lifting each leg up to 90 degrees. Breathe heavily through the mouth and move fast.
3. Sit in Easy Pose and interlock your hands behind your back. Inhale, keep the breath held, and bow down 8 times, bringing the forehead to the floor and raising your arms as high as you can with each bow.

4. Raise yourself slowly up into Half Wheel Pose. Hold the position for 30 seconds. Then begin alternate leg lifts in Half Wheel Pose. 2 mins. Done correctly, this exercise has the capacity to take away pain from your life.

5. Easy Pose. Place your hands on top of your head with the fingers interlocked. Twist your torso left and right, while at the same time, slowly bending forward as far as you can. Move inch by inch. When you have gone as far forward as you can, continue twisting left and right and gradually rise back up and go as far backward as you can. 1.5 mins.6. Savasana. Deeply relax, let go. 5-10 mins.
