- Warm Up – choose a sequence like Sun Salutation to prepare the body for this powerful yoga set.
- Half Wheel Pose: Do heavy duty breath of Fire through the mouth. 1 min
- Forward Bend: Keep legs straight and interlace your hands behind your legs. Inhale through the mouth and exhale through the nose. Breath quickly. 3 mins
- Frog Pose. Move up and down quickly 108 times. Breathing through your mouth.
- Easy Pose. Hugging yourself, rotate your spine around your hips. Moving and breathing heavy and fast. 1 min
- Lie down on your back with your hands on your chest. Inhale through the mouth and rise up bending forward. Exhale though the nose and lie back down. 3 1/2 mins
- On your back inhale deeply and quickly . Exhale long and slow. 3 mins
- Easy Pose. Bounce your knees up and down quickly. 3 1/2 mins
- Easy Pose. Rolling up and down. 1 min
- Deeply Relax in Savasana for 10 Minutes to integrate the practice on all levels, body, mind and spirit
MODIFICATIONS: Please go at your own pace, if you are pregnant or on your moon cycle, please replace breath of fire, with long deep breathing. If you are injured please modify the exercises to support your limitations.
